We’re in this together

Making sense of where you’ve been. Making space for where you’re going.

Understanding your experiences can help bring compassion to the patterns you carry and create more choice in what comes next.

My role is not to judge or rush you, but to offer a steady place where your experience can be understood with compassion. Together, we can notice patterns, build emotional awareness, and find ways forward that feel more like your own.

I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor Candidate with ACCT, with training in trauma-informed care, ASIST, addictions, grief and loss, relationship counselling, mental wellness and life coaching.

Areas of support

What we can make space for, together.

Anxiety & emotional overwhelm

Finding steadiness when emotions, thoughts or everyday life begin to feel like too much.

Trauma & recovery

Making room to understand what you’ve lived through and the ways it may still be showing up today.

Relationships & communication

Exploring patterns, boundaries, connection and ways of relating that feel healthier and more honest.

Addictions & recovery

Compassionate support around recovery, coping patterns and creating change without judgement.

Grief, loss & life transitions

Support through change, endings, uncertainty and the process of adjusting to what life looks like now.

Nervous system regulation

Building awareness of stress responses and finding practical ways to create more steadiness.

Self-trust & personal growth

Getting to know yourself with more compassion, strengthening trust in your own voice, and creating space for what you want next.

What to expect

You don’t have to know exactly what to say before you begin.

Counselling can feel unfamiliar. A little clarity about the first steps can make it easier to decide whether you want to take them.

Start with a conversation.

The complimentary discovery call is 20 minutes and gives you room to ask questions without committing to ongoing counselling.

01

There is no perfect way to prepare.

You can bring notes, a question, a story — or simply show up and start with “I’m not sure where to begin.”

02

Your pace matters.

You can pause, ask for clarification, change direction or say when something doesn’t feel helpful.

03

Sessions & fees

Support that can meet you where you are.

All sessions are online. Receipts are available through the booking platform for clients to submit to their insurer; direct billing is not available and reimbursement depends on the plan.

When you’re ready

You don’t need all the answers to begin.

A complimentary 20-minute discovery call gives you space to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see whether working together feels right.
